The history of the brewery began in 1984 with Steve Hindy homebrewing enthusiast, he left his job to found The Brooklyn Brewery. His was the first beer Brooklyn Lager. In 1994, the brewery hiring the brewmaster Garrett Oliver to design the new brewery and new recipes.Now the brewery knows a great success and reputation only grow!
