La Brasserie Lindemans fut créée en 1822, par le famille Lindemans. La brasserie est depuis spécialisé dans le Gueuze et la Kriek. C'est en 1978, que fut produit la Faro ( bière au sucre candy ), puis la Framboise en 1980 et pour finir la Cassis et la Pecheresse ( bière lambic à base de pêches ).
Aujourd'hui la brasserie est détenue par Dirk et Geert Lindemans.
Avec une capacité de production de 85 500 Hectolitres, la Brasserie Lindemans c'est également tournée vers l'exportation.
