The Cistercian monks of Chimay Trappist develop since 1862 the production of Belgian Trappist beers and cheeses. Their character and qualities, experienced and always with great success. Chimay is an authentic Trappist beer, that is to say, it is brewed within a Trappist monastery of, under the control and responsibility of the monastic community and whose main income is spent social assistance. Brewery produces 4 types of beer, Chimay Red, blue, and golden triple. The abbey also produces cheese.
Chimay Triple is a beer in roble blonde, pretty disorder. It is a high fermentation beer fermented in the bottle. This beer is rich in flavor and aroma. Note the key fruity / flowery of the Chimay Brewery.
